In the constitution, the legal status of the citizen, the main elements of society and state building are strengthened. It is clear that major changes in reality cannot be reflected in the "constitutional mirror".Our constitution strengthened the primacy of human rights and interests, its freedoms over the interests of the state.It is developing evolutionarily, taking into account the needs of society and the development of legal consciousness and legal culture of society, the constitutional-legal culture of citizens is being formed consistently.
