The Constitution is a valuable and important document that defines the structure of the state, the system of power and management bodies, their authority and the order of their formation, the electoral system, the rights and freedoms of citizens, the relationship between society and the individual, as well as the judicial system and the relationship between the state and society.A person who has thoroughly mastered the constitution feels stronger, more perfect, and certainly more assured. Their confidence in a peaceful and prosperous life, which is implied under its content and essence, will be further strengthened, every citizen who fully understands the Constitution, based on the above, will calmly perform his tasks and duties for himself and his children, parents and relatives in the future and today. The constitution is a reflection of the political and legal life of any state. In the constitution, the legal status of the citizen, the main elements of society and state building are strengthened. It is clear that major changes in reality cannot be reflected in the "constitutional mirror".Our constitution strengthened the primacy of human rights and interests, its freedoms over the interests of the state. It is developing evolutionarily, taking into account the needs of society and the development of legal consciousness and legal culture of society, the constitutional-legal culture of citizens is being formed consistently. A system of continuous study of the Constitution has been established in Uzbekistan. Our knowledge of the Constitution must be confirmed by our legal behavior and constitutional patriotism. It is with this kind of constitutional behavior that we can ensure the primacy of the Constitution.
